These are our "from" prices for standard wall-to-wall carpet in a home or condo. They include pre-treatment of normal traffic areas, deep cleaning and extraction, and grooming the carpet so it dries evenly. There is no trip fee on Oahu within our service area.

A "bedroom" price covers the bedrooms plus the living area and hallway of a typical home that size. If you have an unusually large living room, a loft or carpeted closets the size of a small room, we will mention it in the quote.

What is Hawaii GET, and why is it on my bill?
Hawaii's General Excise Tax (GET) applies to most services sold in the state, including carpet cleaning. On Oahu the rate businesses pass on to customers is 4.712%. We list our prices before GET so they are easy to compare, and show the GET line clearly on your quote and invoice.
Example: a 2-bedroom carpet cleaning from $249 comes to $260.73 with GET. No other fees are added.
What changes the price
Size and layout
The biggest factor is how much carpet there is. Condos in Kakaako and Ala Moana are usually smaller than houses in Mililani or Kapolei, and the price reflects that.
Condition
Normal traffic lanes are included. Very heavy soiling, like carpet that has not been cleaned in many years, can take extra passes. We tell you before we start if that applies.
Pets
Pet urine needs a different process: a UV inspection to find the spots and an enzyme treatment that reaches the pad. That is why it is a separate line. If you only need odor removal in one bedroom, you only pay for one room. Read more on our pet urine and odor removal page.
Access
High-rise condos sometimes need a loading dock reservation or elevator padding. We handle that at no extra charge, but give us your building's rules when you book so we can plan the time slot.
Furniture moving
We move light furniture like chairs and side tables. We do not move beds, dressers, pianos or anything with electronics attached. Please clear small items off the floor before we arrive.
How to spot a bait-and-switch quote
A very low phone price, like a whole house for a number that seems too good to be true, is a common tactic. Here is what to watch for:
- "Per room" with a tiny room limit. Your living room suddenly counts as three rooms.
- Pre-treatment sold separately. Most carpet needs it. If it costs extra, the base price is not the real price.
- Surprise fees. Trip fees, parking fees, "heavy soil" fees announced at the door.
- Pressure to add protector or deodorizer on the spot. Add-ons should be offered, explained and optional.
- No written quote. Ask for the price in writing, by text or email, before the visit.

- Vacuum twice a week. Sand and grit from the beach wear carpet out faster than stains do.
- Shoes off at the door. Most Honolulu homes already do this, and it shows in the carpet.
