My building has no elevator. Can you still clean?
Yes. Many Makiki buildings are walk-ups. Our equipment is portable, so we carry it up the stairs and plug into a standard outlet. We may need a little more time on higher floors, but the price does not change. Just let us know the floor when you book.
Will professional carpet cleaning help me get my deposit back?
It usually helps a lot. Most leases in Honolulu ask for professional carpet cleaning at move-out. We clean, treat spots and give you a dated receipt. Very old stains or worn carpet may not fully recover, and we will tell you what to expect.
Where do you park in Makiki?
