Move-out season peaks in May and again in late summer, when leases turn over around the school year. Book early. The carpet in these units usually has a year or more of traffic, a spill or two and sometimes a pet spot the landlord will notice. We clean it, treat spots and give you a dated receipt. Many of these units are small, so the job is quick. A studio carpet and a couch usually take under two hours. We bring portable equipment up the stairs or elevator and plug into a standard outlet. For landlords with several units in the same building or block, we can clean them back to back on the same day and send one invoice with each unit listed. Tenants get a dated receipt by email the same day, which is what most landlords ask to see when they return the deposit.
