Is there a contract?
No long contract. The plan renews visit by visit, and you can pause, move or cancel any upcoming visit with 48 hours notice. We send a reminder two weeks before each visit so you can confirm the date or push it back if life gets busy.
What does the free spot treatment cover?
Once a year, between scheduled visits, we come out for a single spill or pet accident — coffee on the sofa, a wine glass on the rug, a puppy accident on the carpet. Text us a photo, we book a short visit and treat it at no charge.
Can I mix sofa and carpet on the plan?
Yes. The plan covers whatever you choose at sign-up — just the sofa, the sofa plus carpet, or the whole home. The discount applies to every item on the plan, and you can add pieces later at the same member discount.
Why every 4 or 6 months?
In a humid climate, oils, sand and moisture build up faster than on the mainland. Homes with pets or small kids see soiling show up around four months; most other homes are fine at six. We will recommend a rhythm after the first cleaning.
