How are you different from the big carpet cleaning franchises?
We are two owners, not a franchise. The price is published online and we confirm it before starting. The same people come every time and know your home. We do fewer jobs a day, so we take the time to move furniture carefully and put it back.
Can you get red dirt out of carpet?
Often a lot of it. Red dirt is a fine clay that binds to fibers, so we use a dedicated spotter and several rinse passes. Fresh stains come out best. Old or heavy red dirt may fade but not fully disappear, and we will tell you honestly before we start.
Where do you park in a Kapolei HOA community?
We park in your driveway when possible, or in guest parking if the HOA allows vendors. Please let us know if there are parking rules or permits. Our hoses do not need to run across the street, so we will not block sidewalks or neighbors.
