Owner-operated · documented · on schedule
We clean hotel upholstery in Honolulu, including guest-room chairs, sofa beds, headboards, lobby seating and suite furniture, scheduled around occupancy so rooms go back into service quickly. We work best with boutique and mid-size hotels, or specific areas of larger resorts, where the same owner-operated team can return on a set rotation.
Hotel upholstery cleaning in Honolulu has to fit around the housekeeping schedule. Guest-room chairs and headboards take sunscreen, sand and body oils every day. Sofa beds in suites collect spills that housekeeping cannot remove. Lobby seating is the first thing a guest touches. And in Waikiki's humidity, a stain that is left for a week can turn into an odor complaint.
We work with your housekeeping or engineering lead to pick blocks of rooms that are out of service, clean them in a set order, and hand them back dry. Low-moisture methods on upholstery keep drying times short. Lobby furniture is scheduled for the quietest hours your team identifies.
We are a small owner-operated team, and we say that upfront. We are not built to clean every room of a large resort overnight. We are a good fit for boutique hotels, suites and club floors, lobby and restaurant seating, and properties that want a rotation, for example one floor per month, with the same people every time.
Fabric protection is available on high-use pieces like lobby chairs and guest-room lounge chairs. It helps spills bead up long enough for housekeeping to blot them, which makes daily cleanup easier.
Every hotel account starts with a walk-through. We look at fabric tags, test a hidden spot on each fabric type and clean one sample piece so your team can judge the result before any rotation is booked. The methods are the same ones behind our residential upholstery cleaning, and the rest of our commercial services can be added to the same proposal if you also need corridor carpet or back-of-house areas done.

Guest-room chair rotation
Boutique hotel, Waikiki, 60 rooms (sample)
- Problem
- Guest-room lounge chairs had sunscreen darkening on the arms and headrests, and housekeeping was flagging several chairs a week.
- What we did
- We set a rotation of one floor per month, cleaned chairs and headboards in out-of-service rooms, and applied fabric protection to lounge chairs.
- Result
- Chairs came back dry the same day, flagged pieces dropped, and housekeeping reports spills now wipe off more easily. (Sample scenario for illustration.)

Questions from managers
Still unsure? Text us a photo and ask — a real person answers.
How long are guest rooms out of service?
We clean in blocks of rooms your team takes out of service. Upholstery cleaning itself takes about 20 to 40 minutes per room, and pieces are usually dry in 4–6 hours with the AC running. Many hotels schedule a block in the morning and have rooms back in service that afternoon.
Can you remove sunscreen stains from hotel chairs?
Sunscreen and body oil are the most common stains we see on hotel upholstery in Honolulu. Most of the darkening lifts with the right pre-treatment and extraction. Very old buildup may fade rather than disappear completely, and we tell you what to expect after testing one piece.
Do you work with larger resorts?
Yes, for specific areas such as a lobby, suites, a restaurant or a club floor. We are a small owner-operated team, so we do not take full-property overnight contracts. That keeps the quality and the crew consistent on the areas we do handle.
What documents do you provide for vendor approval?
A certificate of insurance is available on request, along with a W-9, Safety Data Sheets for every product and a written scope. After each visit you get an itemized invoice and a photo log per room or area, which makes it easy for engineering or finance to approve.
